How it works:

  1. 1. Purchase your live sale deposit. This will come off of the total of your invoice and will secure your place when ordering.  
  2. Join the live at 7pm on and claim the items you’re wanting 
  3. Once the live has finished you will receive and invoice via email for the items you have ordered.
  4. PLEASE NOTE: You have 48hrs to pay your invoice. If you choose not to, the order will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

All of our products are made to order, which means we take extra care to craft each item specifically for you. Our standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Please allow this time for us to ensure that your product meets our high-quality standards.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we operate on a business day schedule, meaning weekends and holidays are not included in the 5-10 day processing window.
